Time flies. It’s already 10 years before one realized. I still have the vivid memories of how some of us working in the child health & mental health field talked about establishing an association for infant and early child mental health after a talk, then how Joyce convened a group of interested professionals to put our heads together at a dinner occasion and founded the HKAIMH. There has been so much to work on for a small Association like us. Despite this, I am glad to see that we have created some sparks in the field. Over the years, well over 650 head count of child-related professionals have joined a total of 15 IMH seminars and training courses organized by the Association. Many of the professionals in the related field are now more aware of the importance of infant and early childhood mental health and better equipped for related services running for families. Let’s keep the momentum going for striving for a better future for our babies and children!
